These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and website (www.zeroingh.com). By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

Zero-In Communications Ghana Limited provides premium communication and media services, including but not limited to:

• Multimedia production (video, audio, podcast, livestreaming)
   
• Strategic communications (PR, media training, message and content development)
   
• Brand identity and graphic design
   
• Political communications and campaign strategy
   
• Social media management and digital content
   
• Event organisation, publicity and coverage
   

Custom services may be provided based on agreed scope and written proposals.

• Projects begin only after formal approval of a proposal or contract, including timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.
   
• A written brief or discovery session may be required for clarity before production begins.
   
• Deliverables are outlined in the proposal and may include raw or final files, brand materials, media assets, or strategy documents.
   
• Revisions: Most services include 1–3 rounds of revisions, unless otherwise specified.
   

• 70% deposit is required upfront before commencement of any project unless otherwise agreed.
   
• The final 30% is due upon completion and before release of final assets.
   
• All payments are to be made to Zero-In Communications Ghana Limited via approved payment channels.
   
• Late payments may attract a fee of 5% per month of the outstanding amount.
   

• Project timelines begin once all necessary materials and payments have been received.
   
• Delays caused by the client (e.g. late feedback, missing materials) may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
   
• If Zero-In experiences unavoidable delays, clients will be notified in writing and new timelines agreed.
   

Clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary information, feedback, and approvals promptly.
   
• Respect creative and strategic recommendations offered by Zero-In professionals.
   
• Maintain confidentiality and not replicate proprietary methods or tools without permission.
   

• All creative assets produced by Zero-In remain the intellectual property of Zero-In until full payment is received.
   
• Upon full payment, ownership rights for final agreed deliverables are transferred to the client.
   
• Zero-In reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing channels unless a written NDA is signed.
   

We respect client confidentiality. All proprietary or sensitive information shared will be treated with discretion and used solely for project purposes.

• Clients may cancel a project by giving written notice. In such cases:
   
  • The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
     
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for.
     
• Zero-In reserves the right to terminate any engagement if the client breaches this agreement or exhibits unethical behavior.
   

• Zero-In shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
   
• All deliverables are provided "as-is." While we strive for excellence, Zero-In does not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations or by a competent court in Ghana.

Zero-In reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
